Standard Service aGREEMENT
Tried-N-True guarantees its workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion. Tried-N-True backs manufacturer warrantees on all products it sells for the full duration of manufacturer warrantee periods.
Should a product sold and installed by Tried-N-True fail to perform according to manufacturer specifications, during its covered period, Tried-N-True will remove, repair &/or replace, and reinstall such product according to manufacturer turn-around schedule, at no cost to customer.
Our Standard Service Policy does not cover vandalism; theft; abuse; neglect; acts of nature; etc. Batteries; ink cartridges; projector lamps; light bulbs; paper supplies; and other similar renewable products are not covered by this Policy.

3-Year Bulletproof Service Plan
Customer may, prior to project completion, purchase a 3-Year Bulletproof Service Plan.
Tried-N-True guarantees its workmanship for a period of three years from the date of project completion. Tried-N-True guarantees all covered products it sells &/or installs for a period of three years from the date of project completion.
Should a product covered by our 3-Year Bulletproof Service Plan fail to perform according to manufacturer specifications, during its covered period, Tried-N-True will remove, repair &/or replace, and reinstall such product within ten (10) working days of defect notification, at no cost to customer.
Regarding televisions, projectors, and video monitors, Tried-N-True will, upon customer request, perform annual video calibration services at no cost to customer.
The 3-Year Bulletproof Service Plan does not cover vandalism; theft; abuse; neglect; or acts of nature; etc. Batteries; ink cartridges; projector lamps; light bulbs; paper supplies; and other similar renewable products are not covered by this Plan.
1-Year Bulletproof Service Extension
Customer may, prior to the expiration of a valid 3-Year Bulletproof Service Plan, purchase a 1-Year Extension.
1-Year Bulletproof Service Extension provides customer with one (1) additional year of coverage identical to that described under the 3-Year Bulletproof Service Plan.
